Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to the questions admissions hears most often.
Where is Polancodreams Academy located?
Our office is at 845 Hornby Street, Suite 1400, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6Z 1V1, Canada. Most cohorts run in hybrid format, so applicants from across Canada participate remotely.
Are programs delivered in person or online?
All programs run as live cohorts in a hybrid format. You join weekly live sessions on video, plus on-demand recordings, workbooks and one-on-one mentorship. Optional in-person workshops are held in Vancouver each quarter.
Who is eligible to apply?
Executive-track programs are designed for working professionals with at least 3 years of experience leading a team, function or project. Foundational tracks accept earlier-career applicants. Founders of operating businesses are welcome regardless of years of experience.
How much does tuition cost?
Tuition ranges from CAD $3,400 for foundational programs to CAD $6,800 for executive tracks. Employer sponsorship and a limited number of merit scholarships are available — admissions can advise.
Do you offer certificates?
Yes. Every program concludes with a verified Polancodreams certificate of completion, which includes the verified hours of instruction and the capstone outcome.
What is the refund and withdrawal policy?
You may withdraw with a full refund within 14 calendar days of cohort start and before the third live session. After the third session, refunds are pro-rated. See our Terms of Use for full details.
Do I need a finance background for the Financial Management program?
No. The program is designed for non-finance managers who own or influence a P&L. We start from first principles and build to capital allocation, valuation and risk topics.
How do you select mentors and faculty?
Every faculty member must have led a function, business unit or company. We do not hire purely academic instructors. Most mentors stay involved across multiple cohorts.
How do you handle data privacy?
Polancodreams operates under Canadian PIPEDA. Read the Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, store and use applicant and student data.
